Introduction |

Does your company invest heavily in its image through advertising, marketing and even in its office furniture? If so, it believes that image is one key differentiation factor to set it apart from competition. As a key representative of your company, it is critical that you too invest in your professional image to be consistent with that of your company’s.
This workshop helps you create an image that befits your organization, your role, your goals and objectives. You will learn how to use your strengths and unique qualities and project your best through they way you present yourself and communicate to others. |

1. Create a visual impact by developing an appropriate image consistent
with the company’s image and/or personal goals
2. Develop a professional presence through effective communications and body language.
3. Conduct themselves in a professional manner (eg business etiquette, meeting etiquette, etc)

• Importance of Professional Presence and how it affects your success
• Create your personal branding profile – map out your strengths and unique qualities
• Complete a Personal Image Audit covering color and body analysis, styles and dressing and general grooming
• Business etiquette: how to leave a lasting impression in your communications, interactions and behavior
• How to stand, walk and present yourself professionally
• How to pitch your strengths to win a deal, new job or promotion
• How to conduct yourself professionally at meetings and discussions
• The impact of non-verbal communications on your success: using body language effectively
• Getting rid of verbal non-words, distracting habits and using positive gestures.

Ms Pang, Li Kin |
Ms Pang Li Kin has 25 years of corporate experience where she developed her expertise in business development, client servicing as well as in leadership, people management, training and development. She held several executive positions with local conglomerates like The Straits Times and F&N Corporate in Singapore as well as senior regional positions at ACNielsen. Her global experience spans 20 countries worldwide, having worked with high-profile clients in both the public and private sectors.
Li Kin is a sought-after public speaker and facilitator in the area of Personal Branding, Communications and Leadership. She has conducted workshops and seminars for corporate and institutional audiences in Asia-Pacific, Emerging Markets, USA and Europe. With her passion for people development and cross-cultural experience, Li Kin transcends all learning barriers and reaches out to all levels, age groups and cultures.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree from the University of Singapore and a Masters of Social Planning and Development from the University of Queensland (Australia). She is a Certified Image Professional recognized by the Association of Image Consultants International and trained by the London Image Institute. She is a qualified administrator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). |
